New Sony Vaio P!
Sony Vaio P, which was unveiled last year at CES, to be honest, was not much liked by the tech enthusiasts and Journalists. The core reason was Windows Vista and the underpowered Atom Z520 1.3GHz processor. Sony has addressed that problem in the new Sony Vaio P by equipping it with a perked-up processor, the Atom Z560 chip.
The new Vaio P brings some new features to the table too – an optical touchpad that is built into the bezel and accelerometer. Also, gone are the glossy colors and in are five new colors (black, white, pink, green and orange) that appear to have matte surface.
Specifications: 8-inch display, 1600×768 pixel resolution, 2GB RAM, 64GB SSD, GMA 500, Atom Z560 processor, GPS, built-in 3G, GPS, compass, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 0.6kg and runs Windows 7 Home Premium.
The new Vaio P starts at $800 in the US. Coming to the store near you in June.
