New BIOS for EEE 1008HA – surprisingly fixes Windows 7′s blank display problem!
Many ASUS EEE 1008HA users were trying to get the Windows 7 on their newly bought beast, but were getting blank displays after bootup.
Apparently, ASUS has found the solution to this problem and have released an updated BIOS which seems to have fixed this issue.

The bios update file 0602 isn’t there. It doesn’t appear to be ANYWHERE. Where are you guys getting this file? The link you provided doesn’t work.
