New Acer Aspire D250 with higher resolution display (720p) in the tunnel

  • Sharebar

Acer has announced  that they are soon going to release a revision of their popular D250 model that will be equipped with a 1280×720 pixel display. The current D250 model comes with a WSVGA display (1024×600).

Other than improved display, nothing else seems to be different from the current model. It still comes with Intel Atom N280 CPU, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD and weighs 1.3kg.

Commentary: Although we do not have any problem with the netbooks with WSVGA display, but higher resolution will allow the users to view more content on the screen at a time. So, this will not only improve web-experience, but will also remove some of annoyances caused by some applications that require 1280 x xxx pixel display.
