MOTO to push Android-based MIDs in 2010
MOTO is all set to unveil their ‘new’ Android platform for their upcoming MIDs. We suspect them to be nothing more than some basic modification on the existing Android OS.
The above screenshot shows three moto-devices; equipped with 3.5-inch, 5-inch and 10-inch screens respectively. According to midbbs (Chinese), the 5-inch one has already been developed.
The other products are expected to have very strong performance and features. They will accelerometers, 8MP camera, 3G and big capacity batteries. Of course, they will have built-in WiFi and Bluetooth.
update: it is MOTO, not Motorola (Thanks, Chris from Slashgear)

Just to clarify, this is MOTO not Motorola – two different companies. MOTO are a research development group, and these are their three Android prototyping platforms. Nothing to do with Motorola the well known phone company, sadly :(
Thanks for pointing out. We though that MOTO is motorola :) Now corrected
It’s a confusing name, especially with Motorola using the MOTO prefix sometimes!
