Lot of ION-platform netbooks to be launched in coming months
Nidia is in talks in ‘big’ netbooks manufactures that will using the Nvidia’s ION chipset in their upcoming netbooks. The ION chipset is reserved for the Intel Atom CPU. According to one weird report, Apple was also about to embrace this chipset as Geforce 9400, but thankfully that didn’t happen
We, at Gadgetmix are very excited about the ION-based netbooks as this will allow the manufactures to take the netbooks to a whole new level. The ION-based netbooks will be the solution to all the complaints from the current generation of netbooks: inability to play 1080p videos and some modern games.
