It is the crappiest phone I have ever used. If I don’t receive any calls in some time this shit phone goes into some kind of sleep mode and stop receiving any calls. The message the other caller receives is that the phone is switched off. What the heck… why the phone is switched off when it is in my hand and showing 4 bars of signal. Took it to customer service and they changed the entire motherboard after 4 visits and guess what … the problem is still there .. Please don’t buy any HTC phone cause I have heard they all have the same machinery and software inside. I paid INR 20200 for this phone and what I got was a piece of shit.

I just upgraded the ROM in my new HTC Touch 3G and horror happened, it died at reboot. Cannot get past the frozen Align screen.
The ROM was upgraded from HTC’s support page, their software killed their own device.
Dam, I really liked this phone.
Yeah, they’ll fix the phone after I pay for shipping and all the usuall come on scam jive like all companies do these days. Everything is a scam. I got scam coming out my a–.
I was so angry at a punky device that dies from it’s own native software dounload, I stomped it. Then stomped it again then tossed hard into the garbage.
My next phone will be a Blackberry Storm and I’m not ever upgrading ROM again!
Here I come Blackberry. Sell me something reliable please?
