Hannspree Hannsbook is a great netbook, especially for the ones who don’t have deep pockets. Priced at 259 pounds, it sports a 10.1-inch 1024×600 pixel display, 1GB RAM, GMA 3150 graphics and a typical 160GB hard disk drive. You will also find Bluetooth and Wireless radios. Yea, those specifications sound very monotonous, but we are talking about a budget netbook, remember?

Folks at v3 did a review of it and here the crux of their review:

“Hannspree’s new Hannsbook is an attractive budget offering in a burgeoning netbook market and, while it doesn’t really bring anything new to the table, a solid, attractive design and competent performance will certainly appeal to those looking to buy a portable on a shoestring.

Pros: Solid; attractive design; decent battery life; impressive display; reasonably priced

Cons: Few additional features; no HDMI; struggles with HD video playback”
