New GMA 500 driver for your netbooks – 5.0.0.26
Intel has posted a new driver for the Intel GMA 500. Here is what the release notes say.
Fixed Issues
- YouCam application can’t run smoothly
- Screen crash on certain DX9 based online game
- White boxes appear sporadically in the address bar and Bing search area
- Tests for Media Center WHQL test fails with HDMI connected for GRAPHICS-0043 and GRAPHICS-0055 subtests
- TV-Out device is not detected at a 1~2/100 frequency with certain type of Chrontel ADD2 card
- Corruption happens when play certain H264 clip with PowerDVD
- Merge VC1MC changes from IMG
- Install application and uninstall application could run at the same time
