EVSC sues HP for design flaw in netbooks
EVSC (Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation) is suing HP as their netbooks had a design flaw at the battery casing. The flaw prevents the netbook from closing properly and results in cracking of the corner of the display.

EVSC has decided not to give any payment to the computer giant. The school had awarded HP and Matrix Integration a contract to buy netbooks for the high school students and has now decided to transfer the contract to Dell instead. Read more at the source given below
