Dell satisfied with Netbook Sales
Dell ‘thinks’ that they are selling the appropriate number of netbooks to the appropriate set of needs even though the market share of their Atom-powered netbooks fell to 20 percent from 24 percent compared to the previous period.
However, Dell’s president of consumer, small and medium-size business unit emphasized on fact that the netbooks can never replace laptops and those who try to replace their laptops with netbooks ultimately get disappointed due to lack of muscle.
