Dell Mini 10v has been around from quite a while and is a great budget netbook sporting decent netbook specifications. This Dell Mini 10v is fine for typical business web-surfing and office work on-the-go. Read more to find out about it.

The Dell Mini 10v comes with an Intel Atom N280/N280 processor that runs at 1.6GHz/1.66GHz. It comes with Windows 7 Starter, XP Home Editon or Ubuntu Linux 8.04. Equipped with a 10.1-inch display with 1024×600 resolution, you get 160GB/250GB HDD or 32GB SSD for storage. It is available in variety of colors: black, white, pink, green, red, blue, and purple

Positives points about the Dell Mini 10v netbook:

+ Good enough performance for everyday activities

+ Can playback Hulu and Youtube videos with no problem

+ Spacious keyboard; 92% of full size keyboard

+ Cheap $300 and less than that at some local electronic stores

Negatives points about the Dell Mini 10v netbook:

- Touchpad is not that pleasant to use

- McAfee Anti-Virus keeps nagging after every couple of minutes of so

Word of Caution: Although Businessweek have mentioned that Yahoo mail will warn you that it is not made for such lower resolution screens, there is nothing to worry about. It works fine nonetheless.
