Dell shifting to India – Bye bye, China

  • Sharebar

Looks like there is a mass exodus of companies from China. After Google and GoDaddy, Michael Dell is now considering shifting his base to India. Indian PM, Manmohan Singh has received a word from Michael Dell that Dell wants to move his $25 billion factories from China to India.  So, what is Dell’s reason to shift to India? Well, Dell wants “safer environment with a climate conducive to enterprise.”

Michael Dell also said publicly that India is a great place to be in and is growing faster than China (for Dell).
