Microsoft claims the software has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. When installed on a computer with Windows Vista the screen resolution defaults to a different setting each time after startup. Their user guide for both the MP301 and MP302 have the compatibility pages missing although it is listed in the index. I have contacted bonitor for resolution to these problems.
