Here is an Android MID, that has a huge display and looks amazing as well. Meet the Blue Magic W7 MID, which sports a 4.8-inch display, 800×480 pixel resolution capacitive screen, which means even a gentle touch on the screen would register a tap or a gesture. Its bottom is very shiny, just the current generation iPod Touch, thus should be prone from being scratched easily.

It has built-in microphone, TF card slot, 3.5mm earphone jack and comes with a charger, headset and the MID itself.

The device can also be used as an eReader and the bundled eReader app is a shameless rip-off the iPad’s iBook app.
