Intel Atom 330 and Atom 230 to be phased-out

  • Sharebar

Next month, that is, April, manufactures and vendors will no longer be able to order the single-core Atom 230 or the dual-core Atom 330 processors. The vendors will be asked to move over to the newer Atom D410 and D510 processors.

For those who don’t know – the Atom D410 is single-core and Atom D510 is dual-core. We are also counting on Intel to launch the special versions that would support DDR3 RAM modules (D415 and D515 anyone?)
