Those who had eyes on the most powerful Eee PC, the Asus 1215PN will have to wait a bit longer as its shipping date has been postponed to August 23, 2010. Yes, that is more than a month away. The good thing is that the price is going to be under half a grand.
The Asus 1215N is one of the few netbooks out there to boast both Nvidia ION graphics chipset (next-gen) and the Nvidia Optimus technology, which allows you to switch between integrated graphics and dedicated graphics depending upon the app’s requirements.
Specs – Atom D525 dual-core processor, 12.1-inch display, 1366×768 pixel resolution, next-generation ION graphics, Nvidia Optimus technology, chiclet keyboard and 6-cell battery
