$99 netbook anyone? CherryPal’s new Cheap netbook costs only that much!
Meet the CherryPal’s Africa, a 7 inch netbook with 800 x 480 display. Powered by a very low power 400MHz processor, it comes with meager 2GB for storage and 256MB RAM. Fortunately, you get Wifi b/g inbuilt. Powered by 1800mAh battery and runs Linux or Windows CE.
Another laptop, sporting a 13.3-inch display, the CherryPal Bing – comes with Intel Atom N280 CPU (1.66GHz), 1GB RAM, 160 GB HDD and also has WiFi b/g. For some strange reason, it has 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.
Priced at $389, it runs Windows XP
