Lenovo Edge Review
Lenovo is trying its fingers-to-the-bone to create a big name in the market of budget notebooks and netbooks. After bringing the powerful X100e into the market of netbooks, Lenovo is now offering Thinkpad Edge notebook which although is a budget notebook, packs enough power to over-power the current slew of netbooks. It is great for somebody who finds the netbooks a bit cramped for their needs and still want a budget computer under $1000 for satisfying computing needs on-the-go.

Comes equipped with a 13-inch screen with core 2 duo processor and 320GB hard disk. You get 4GB RAM and weighs just 3.9 pounds.
The folks at wired were impressed by its keyboard design and build quality. Even though it is a cheaper thinkpad, it does not compromise on quality. However, the touchpad was not that comfortable to use. Windows 7 runs pretty nicely on it, but don’t expect it to replace your gaming rig, in case you are a gamer.
