A-Data launches 512GB SSD – claims to be world’s highest capacity SSD
A-Data Technology lauched a massive 512GB SSD at CeBIT 2009. The company claims that it is the highest capacity SSD in the whole industry. It has the read rate of 230MB/s and write speed of 160MB/s. It can be used in laptops, netbooks and PCs.
