Viewsonic VCP08 launched in China
Viewsonic VCP08 has made its way to the land of dragons, China and carries a price tag of 4800 Yuan ($705).
Viewsonic VCP08 is an impressive creature. It is a MID phone running Windows XP operating system and comes equipped with a 512GB RAM and 8GB SSD for storage. The internal storage can be increased by micro-SD cards.
Based on the Intel’s Menlow platform and sporting a full QWERTY keyboard good enough for thumb-typing, this little baby has a 2-inch secondary display on the outside so that you won’t have to open the lid to see who is calling. Internally, the VCP08 is outfitted with a 4.3-inch display and Wi-Fi and 3G radios to make sure that you are always connected while on-the-go.
