SmartDevices T7, T7-3G Android Tablets
SmartDevices is readying an Android 2.1 version of its SmartQ R7 Linux reader that currently runs Ubuntu OS. This tablet will be called SmartQ T7-3G and will come with a more powerful ARM11 720MHz processor and bigger 4700mAh battery which is huge for an ARM-based device. There will also be a Wi-Fi only version called SmartQ T7.
ARM11 provides 3D graphics acceleration and allows the user to play 1080p video files with ease. Supported formats include RMVB, AVI, MKV, and WMV. T7 and T7-3G will cost $220 and $280 in China respectively. [link]
