Pasen MID
Another 5-inch MID that runs Android! Pasen has rolled-out a MID sporting a 5-inch display with WVGA screen resolution that packs a lot of goodies not usually found in a lot of Android-based MIDs. So, where do we start? First is the inclusion of HDMI port. Secondly is its capability to playback 720p videos. Thirdly, it comes with plethora of audio-video codecs – H.264/DIVX/AVI/RMVB and MKV (Matroska) that would allow you to use it as a PMP.
Battery life is stated to be around 4.5 hours which is good enough for a plane flight. Priced at mere $199, we would choose this anyday over the Apple iPad that would otherwise force us to use Apple’s proprietary video formats.
