Nokia prepping ARM tablet
According to Digitimes, Nokia is busily engrossed to launch an ARM-based tablet PC that will sport a display size of either 7-inches or 9-inches. Infact, the Nokia has already prepared about 100 such devices for testing.

Most likely, these are going to replace the Nokia N900 Maemo OS phone and would run the new MeeGo by Intel. Nokia is expected to unveil its MeeGo tablets in Q4 2010.
