NEC N-08B MID runs Windows CE

  • Sharebar

NEC has launched a new Nokia E90 style Windows CE-based device for the Japan’s NTT DoCoMo – the N-08B. The NEC N-08B is equipped with a wide 4.6-inch display and a QWERTY keyboard which looks pretty good for typing with two-fingers. It weighs in 300gm which is pretty heavy for a phone.

What makes it different from rest of the phones out there is its trackpoint present on its spacebar which looks similar to one found in Sony Vaio P.

NEC claims about 1000 minutes of standby time or 350 minutes of talk time.

Other specifications include a 854×480 pixel display, microSDHC slot, 3.1MP camera, Wi-Fi, 3G and Windows CE OS.
