Motorola Sholes Tablet to be launched in Russia (Android Phone MID)
Motorola is expected to launch its first MID in Russia. Known as the “Motorola Sholes Tablet”, this is the first Android based MID to feature a 8MP camera. Featuring a 3.7-inch screen with WVGA resolution (800×480) and OMAP TI 3430 550MHz processor, it comes with a galore of connectivity radios: HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth and of course, phone radio.
Runs the latest Android 2.1 OS and looks a lot like the Motorola Droid without physical keyboard
