Is this is how Tablets in future will look?
We geeks love concept designs and lately, folks at TheDesignBlog have been churning-out quite interesting designs – see this for example. Their newest concept design is the Flex Display Phone Concept that features 5-inch sliding screen and is designed to give the user everything he needs while still retaining the small form factor that we all love.
The design makes use of flexible display technology and there is no physical keyboard on the device. The input has to be done by the virtual SIP panel. But here is the really good stuff – instead of having a small 3-inch display, you can just slide it up turning it into a 5-inch one. Now, that’s cool! More pictures in the source given below.
