BlackPad Cost
Some more rumors have been outed from the rumor-slingers at Digitimes about the upcoming BlackPad from BlackBerry. Rumor has it that Quanta Computers, manufacture of many laptops and cellphone will start shipping the BlackPad orders in the month of September. The tablet will cost 499 dollars
However, Blackberry would not be releasing it to the public until November. There are two things totally weird about this rumor –
1) It will run Android OS (instead of BlackBerry OS 6)
2) Quanta Computer is expecting to ship 2 million BlackPads in the year 2010 and over 8 million in 2011
