ARM to make smaller Cortex processors
ARM is planning to create tiny Cortex ARM via 20nm processor. The company has partnered with TSMC to shrink the Cortex processors that will deliver more power and run more cooler too.
TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) is the world’s largest semiconductor maker and also makes Atom processors for netbooks. ARM refused to make a word when these tiny chips will be out.
