Updated APad gets Android 2.1 and faster CPU
APad is one of the most popular clones of the iPad out there. Back when it was launched, the company bundled it with Android 1.5 OS and was powered by the Rockchip PK2808 processor.
The new APad whizzes by on the power of new Telechips 8902 720MHz processor and runs Android 2.1 OS. Unfortunately, it is still in the prototype stage and it would take some time for the updated APad to hit the market shelves.
