Has OnePlus lost its magic? – OnePlus 7 specifications – OnePlus 7 Price
A lot of information about the upcoming OnePlus 7 has been leaked online and this includes its price tag and specifications. According to the leaks, there will be two variants of OnePlus 7 – non-pro and pro version. Starting price of non pro is 48,999 rupees which is about 700 dollars.
Our editor in chief, Kamaldeep Singh tweeted about it which pretty much sums it up.
OnePlus has forgotten why people loved it – flagship killer at affordable price.
At 49000 INR ($700), it makes sense to go for actual flagship like Galaxy S10e/S9/Note 9/iPhone XR instead of OnePlus 7. @UnboxTherapy @MKBHD #OnePlus7 #OnePlus7Pro #GalaxyS10 #iPhoneXR pic.twitter.com/blBXiAjO4l

* Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, Adreno 640 GPU
* Dual rear camera – 48MP + telephoto sensor + 16MP selfie camera

The OnePlus 7 Pro variant will pack bigger 6.64-inch screen with quad HD+ resolution @ 90Hz screen. There is an additional rear 16MP camera. OnePlus will be offering 6/8/10/12GB RAM option for it. Battery size is smaller at 4000mAh. The main feature is pop up selfie camera.
While everything sounds great on paper, it’s the price that is hurting most of the OnePlus fans. At $700, OnePlus phones can no longer be called affordable. Clearly, OnePlus has lost its touch.
