Polymer Vision’s Readius flexible tablets and other gadgets
New ebook readers have been introduced by Polymer Vision. They are in experimental concepts as yet, but they look promising. The tablets are called Readius. They have been around before but because of funding issues had to stop their dream project. Now, bought off by Wistron they’re back in business.
As you can see the beauty is in the fold-able or flexible display. From the artists rendition of these concepts we can derive that there are plans for expand-able tablet and fold-able tablet and smartphone. Samsung is already aiming at bend-able flexible display market tip and now Polymer Vision. It’s a very exciting concept and I can’t wait to put my hands on such product. The technology will take some time yet to enable cheap mass production.
