CloudOn

Apple has its sights set on the business world and business is responding positively. Extensive pilot projects setup to test iPad in business environment have yielded positive results – companies from all sectors of the economy are switching to Macs.

The AppStore has a mountain of goodies for every iOS device with thousands of new Apple-certified apps added every day. We have been using Documents To Go® Premium - Office Suite which is a pretty awesome Microsoft app allowing users to do practically everything Microsoft Office does, but on iOS devices. The app costs $16.99 to download.

Now iPad Site reports on a cloud app going by the name of CloudOn which functions as a combination of iOS app and cloud service – it enables users to work on their docs and store them in the cloud. It does require a cloud account, hence internet connection, but it’s absolutely free.
